October 14th, 2023, Nore Innovation celebrated its 3.99 anniversary in Green Valley, Bandungan. The number 3.99 had a special meaning to Nore. The first reason was, the anniversary was supposed to be on October 15th, 2023, however, it was celebrated a day early. Secondly, in Chinese culture number 3 is considered to be an auspicious number as well as symbolization of prosperity and stability. As we all know number 9 is the maximum number. Combining the essence of these numbers, Nore hoped for the greatest prosperity in the coming years.
The celebration was held with great enthusiasm from the employees. It began at 08.30 and ended at 16.00 Jakarta standard time. It started with an outbound event that ignited the spirit of solidarity and collaboration between the employees. Through all the challenges and exciting games, the employees were given the chance to explore their own potential, team work, and managerial skill.
After the outbound ended, it was time for the main event. The team had a prayer session together and after that Noer (CEO), Daniel (CTO), and Agyan (senior officer) blew the anniversary candles then cut the green cake, green being the color of the company, which was especially made to commemorate the historical moment.
After the symbolic cake cutting event, lunch was served. The team watched a short documentary about Nore Inovasi’s journey while enjoying their meal. After lunch break, the team competed in a trivia quiz about Nore to win a prize. Almost all of the employees won a gift.
The employees were required to bring a small gift for a gift exchange event. The event took place after lunch break. The employees were all very excited about it. The team opened the gift together and had a great time. At the end, the team had a karaoke session and everyone was very happy to show off their singing talent. The event went smoothly and the team went home feeling amazing.
